Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, Cardiff, Leucadia and Rancho Santa Fe. Just outside that, ask — it depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
If you are mid-escrow
Say so and give us the date your contingency period ends. Survey visits get scheduled around deadlines, and a written report is no use to you the day after you needed it.
